When to avoid using arnica gel

• Arnica gel is not for internal use. Avoid contact with broken or damaged skin, the eyes and mucous membranes
• Seek medical opinion before using arnica if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Avoid using arnica if you have any known or suspected allergies to Arnica Montana or any of our arnica gels ingredients
• A small number of people may be sensitive to the compound helenalin that is found in arnica. If you develop a mild rash after applying arnica, stop using immediately
