You have the right to cancel an order before shipping or return within 14 days of receiving your items inline with your consumer rights.
This applies to unopened and unused products only.
We do not supply or refund any returns shipping costs.
We recommend that you use a recorded or signed for option as we are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
Once we receive your parcel we will inspect to check its not been used if it hasn't we will refund or exchange but if it has we will be unable to accept the return and it will be returned back to you.
Subscription Boxes - Must be returned with stickers unopened or tampered. If your box has been opened you will not be able to receive a refund.
