- Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme)
- Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon)
- Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary)
- Lavender Angustifolia (Lavender)
- Hydrastis Canadensis (Goldenseal)
When to avoid using arnica gel
- Arnica gel is not for internal use. Avoid contact with broken or damaged skin, the eyes and mucous membranes
- Seek medical opinion before using arnica if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Avoid using arnica if you have any known or suspected allergies to Arnica Montana or any of our arnica gels ingredients
- A small number of people may be sensitive to the compound helenalin that is found in arnica. If you develop a mild rash after applying arnica, stop using immediately
