Oils! Yes Or No?

Oils! Yes Or No?

You will rarely hear a pole dancer recommended oils for your skin, after all we’ve been programmed to believe all oils are BAD!

But are they?

Our skin can benefit from oils to replenish and quench thirsty skin particularly in the winter months. This will very much depend on your skin type but even with glycerin based products you may find your skin is lacking in that much needed moisture.

So should you grab the first bottle of oil you see, not exactly!

There are some oils that are heavy than others, so applying oils directly to the skin could leave you with a thick residue that would effect your training.

Swapping a bottle of oil for an oil rich product like our new NAKED SCRUBS or BODY SALVE will apply oils to the skin without leaving a heavy residue. (Trust us we have tried and tested it for you)

Our NAKED SCRUB provides a deep exfoliation leaving the skin nourished with our carefully selected oils and active ingredients, also with it being an exfoliator your would normally use this once a week building up to 2/3 times a week at the most making it a great what to introduce healthy oils into your pole skincare routine and avoid training days.

Introducing oils as part of your skincare routine rather than straight from the bottle is a great way to moderate and listen to your skin.

so should you say yes to oils? YES!
